SIUE men s track junior Julian Harvey earned a trip to the NCAA Championship in the long jump with a personal best of 25 feet, 10.75 inches.

SIUE track and field completed the Ohio Valley Conference championships with the men finishing in fifth place and the women s team finishing in seventh place.

SIUE track and field juniors Julian Harvey (Edwardsville, Illinois) and Claire Nolan (Taylorville, Iowa) were selected as the Ohio Valley Conference field athletes of the week for their performances at the SIU Don DeNoon Invitational last weekend.

SIUE men s and women s track and field will compete in the Grand Valley State Big Meet Feb. 12-13 in Allendale, Michigan.

SIUE men s and women s track and field records 29 personal bests from 21 individuals during the GVSU Big Meet Friday and Saturday.
